Best bodybuilding achievement? Getting my Pro Card at the EFBB British Championships, 2 × Mr Universe, 2 × Mr Britain and Mr World.
Best achievement outside of bodybuilding? Getting a talking part in a film coming out next year and working with some big stars. Getting married and having a lovely son…
What is your motivation to train and/or compete? Motivation comes from within and I love pushing my body to the max day after day…

Where can you see yourself in 5 years time inside or outside bodybuilding? In the Mr Olympia, and have a big part in a big Blockbuster Movie.
What is the one piece of advice you would give to someone entering bodybuilding competitively or non-competitively? Never give up, it’s not an option!!
