Where did you place in your very first competition? 2nd

Best bodybuilding achievement? So far, winning the British Championships

Best achievement outside of bodybuilding? Film, advertising, magazine work plus being a successful business woman

What is your motivation to train and/or compete? To improve at every show, motivation also comes from the gym

What other sport would you have pursued if you didn’t do bodybuilding? Hammer

Where can you see yourself in 5 years time inside or outside bodybuilding? I’ll always take an active part in bodybuilding at present I’m a competitor judge

What is the one piece of advice you would give to someone entering bodybuilding competitively or non-competitively? Always find the right gym a gym that has other bodybuilders and can give the right advice. I travel 20 miles each way daily because it’s the right gym for me.
