Which gym do you currently train at? My own, Krunch Gym, www.krunchgym.co.uk
What got you started in bodybuilding? Trained to help with strength on the football field.
Past or present bodybuilding idol and why? Tom Platz, for his awesome legs.
Where did you place in your very first competition? 2nd out of 12 in an open competition in Australia.
Best bodybuilding achievement? Winning Mr titan after being paralyzed from a motorbike accident and winning Mr Universe last year in Italy.
Best achievement outside of bodybuilding? Playing football at the ‘old’ Wembley Stadium for my country before the FA Cup Final.
What is your motivation to train and/or compete? To push my body to its limit – physically and mentally.

What other sport would you have pursued if you didn’t do bodybuilding? Football
Where can you see yourself in 5 years time inside or outside bodybuilding? I would like to win the British UKBFF title and open another Krunch Gym.
What is the one piece of advice you would give to someone entering bodybuilding competitively or non-competitively? Unless you are compulsive about the sport pursue a sport with greater financial gain.

I would like to thank all my staff at Krunch Gym for their hard work and ‘putting up’ with me around contest time. Support structure is paramount to bodybuilding success. I also awe a lot to my fiancée Zoe and mother, Lyn.
