Which gym do you currently train at? My own gym, Progym in Northern Ireland.
What got you started in bodybuilding? I have always been very active, but I started weight-training seriously when I met my partner who introduced me to the sport.
Past or present Figure idol and why? Lena Johannessen: perfect combination of femininity and muscularity!
Where did you place in your very first competition? 2nd but it was only a local show.
Best bodybuilding achievement? Taking 3 times my class at the Universe, & twice the Overall title of Miss World.
Best achievement outside of bodybuilding? Getting my degree in Hotel and Catering Management.
What is your motivation to train and/or compete? Staying fit and healthy is why I train and eat healthy all year round.

What other sport would you have pursued if you didn’t do bodybuilding? Probably kick-boxing as I used to teach kick-boxing classes.
Where can you see yourself in 5 years time inside or outside bodybuilding? Hard to say, but I’ll definitely stay very active!
What is the one piece of advice you would give to someone entering bodybuilding competitively or non-competitively? Be consistent and positive!
