Which gym do you currently train at? DW used to be JJB gym
What got you started in bodybuilding? I used to own a gym and being around people who competed got me into it
Past or present bodybuilding idol and why? Suzie Curry 4 × Ms Fitness Olympia — she had the same body type as me so I thought if she can get into such great shape so can I
Where did you place in your very first competition? 1st
Best bodybuilding achievement? Being invited to the Arnold Classic as the 1st British Figure Competitor and also winning the NABBA North West and NABBA British in the 1st year of competing
Best achievement outside of bodybuilding? Having my kids my son Rhys, 16, and my twin girls, 11 months
What is your motivation to train and/or compete? To get on stage looking better than previously in my last shows and knowing I’m up against 30-40 of the best girls in the world

What other sport would you have pursued if you didn’t do bodybuilding? I would like to have done ballroom dancing
Where can you see yourself in 5 years time inside or outside bodybuilding? Running around with 5 year old twins hopefully still competing and if not competing probably helping my son get fit for doing his free running sports
What is the one piece of advice you would give to someone entering bodybuilding competitively or non-competitively? Compete for you and be in the best shape you can be win or no win.
