What got you started in bodybuilding? Just wanted to have a good body.
Past or present bodybuilding idol and why? Phil Heath, for the amount of muscle he has put on since he turned pro
Where did you place in your very first competition? 1st Place Junior Mr North East 2002
Best bodybuilding achievement? Winning Novice North East and placing Third at the Britain

What is your motivation to train and/or compete? The dedication and the commitment it takes, there is no feeling like been on stage

What other sport would you have pursued if you didn’t do bodybuilding? Boxing.
Where can you see yourself in 5 years time inside or outside bodybuilding? My health is most important, so if I can keep that who knows but I’ll be training
What is the one piece of advice you would give to someone entering bodybuilding competitively or non-competitively? Read as much as you can about what you are doing and make sure your diet is bang on, else you will not grow.
Any closing comments? The best feeling in the world is proving people wrong, so if you believe in yourself you will succeed people used to call me fat, ha ha!
