Which gym do you currently train at? Body Limits, St Albans & Fitness Connection, Hitchin.
What got you started in bodybuilding? Wanted to be strong, powerful and different.
Past or present bodybuilding idol and why? Charles Claremont for condition and personality and Dorian Yates for mass.
Where did you place in your very first competition? Placed 2nd at NABBA South East as a junior. I then got the bug for competing.
Best bodybuilding achievement? Being sponsored by POW! Performance Gear and Garnell Nutrition and getting the best support and more importantly making the best of friends in the bodybuilding industry.
Best achievement outside of bodybuilding? Being able to work in my sport and live the life I wanted from a teenager as a bodybuilder.
What is your motivation to train and/or compete? To improve and achieve more and hopefully pass on my knowledge.

What is the one piece of advice you would give to someone entering bodybuilding competitively or non-competitively? Seek correct sensible knowledge, listen, learn and grow.
