Dexter Jackson - The Blade 2K7/2K

Filmed July 30th through August 4th, 2007 about eight weeks out of Olympia. Managing his very first annual contest “Dexter Jackson Classic” in his hometown Jacksonville, Florida. His daily routine starts out 30 minutes cardio followed by grits and sautéed orange roughy breakfast. He is very precise for everything, prepare his meal, car detailing, etc… Includes his all workouts, eat in’n out. At his 1st annual DJC, you will see, Darrem Charles, Branch Warren, Marcus Haley and himself for guest posing. At his all star seminar you’ll see Flex Wheeler, Chris Cormier, Stan McCrary, Joe McNeal and Tony Aponte.
